TCB Media Rights has appointed three new executives to its sales team, with a former DCD Rights executive joining in a full-time capacity.

Lenneke de Jong comes to TCB in the newly created role of sales manager for Latin America, Benelux and Iberia. She joins the team from DCD Rights, where she handled a broad spectrum of programming.

Meanwhile, Endemol alum Holly Newey is stepping into a senior sales manager position to provide maternity coverage for Mem Bakar, whose remit includes the U.K. and the Nordics. Newey previously helped revamp the U.K. distribution department of Channel 4’s commercial enterprise. Also set to join the TCB team next month is Nicola Davey. Davey will provide maternity coverage for Claire Runham, who handles acquisitions and co-productions. Davey most recently served as a commercial and creative executive at Zig Zag.

Paul Heaney, the CEO of TCB Media Rights, said, “DCD gave Lenneke great experience and training. A very real measure of our growing status is our ability to attract the brightest and best talent on the distribution scene. With her experience in both the commercial and editorial sides of our business, Lenneke is a perfect fit for TCB as we become increasingly involved in the creative DNA of the content we sell. Holly and Nicola, meanwhile, are rising stars in their own right. As maternity cover for two of our core team members—Mem and Claire—we couldn’t wish for safer hands.”

“TCB is one of the U.K.’s most interesting and successful distributors with an impressive track record,” said de Jong. “It is definitely an exciting time to join the expanding team. I very much look forward to continuing the success of TCB’s fantastic catalog both within the territories that I have already been managing, and new exciting territories.”
