STARZ Acquires Evil By Design: Exposing Peter Nygård

STARZ is set to be the U.S. home of Evil By Design: Exposing Peter Nygård, a docuseries that tells the story of the decades of sexual assault allegations against the international fashion mogul.

The three-part series delves into the myriad of claims of horrific abuse, giving a voice to the brave women who survived Nygård’s alleged crimes and are now seeking justice and showing how his powerful influence helped silence countless women for decades. Produced by Blue Ant Studios, Evil By Design is slated to debut on STARZ in the U.S. on August 12.

The series will also launch on the STARZ app, all STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms and internationally on the STARZPLAY premium streaming platform in the U.K., Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Latin America and Brazil.

For more than 40 years, while he built a multi-million-dollar fashion empire, Nygård is alleged to have preyed on women in Canada, the U.S. and the Bahamas. Today, the suspected list of survivors reaches into the hundreds. Charged by law enforcement in Canada and the U.S., Nygård denies it all.

Evil By Design features exclusive testimony from people involved in Nygård’s case, including survivors, former employees, family members, law enforcement and investigative journalists, as well as rare archive footage and never-before-seen images.
