Shamrock Capital Invests in Boardwalk Pictures

The nonfiction entertainment production company Boardwalk Pictures has received a minority growth investment from Shamrock Capital.

The Los Angeles-based investment firm will also provide additional capital and expertise to power the next stage of Boardwalk’s growth. Founded in 2010 by Andrew Fried, the production outfit is known for such shows as Chef’s Table, Cheer, Welcome to Wrexham, Val, The Black Godfather, The Big Brunch, We Need To Talk About Cosby and Pepsi, Where’s My Jet?
