Scripps, Foxtel Among New Deals for Blue Ant International

Blue Ant International has closed new deals for more than 300 hours of programming, including Arctic Secrets and The Weapon Hunter.

Scripps Networks Interactive in Asia picked up two lifestyle shows: Post My Party and Holiday Makeover. Discovery Networks went for I’ve Got Something to Tell You for its channels in New Zealand and Benelux. Foxtel in Australia licensed The Weapon Hunter and the paranormal thriller Haunted Case Files.

The Czech channel FTV Prima is now set to air How the World Ends and Airport: Below Zero from the Blue Ant catalog. Also in Europe, TVN International Extra scooped up Risk Takers seasons one and two and Stunt Stars.

In North America, Société Radio-Canada acquired the sixth season of Hope for Wildlife, while Aboriginal Peoples Television Network took on the first two seasons of Arctic Secret.
