Passion Distribution Unveils Spring Slate

Passion Distribution has revealed a selection of programs slated for spring 2021, including a collection of true-crime documentaries from ITN Productions.

Among the documentaries are The Disappearance of Shannon Matthews, The Wests, The Killing of James Bulger and The Railway Murders. Each title was commissioned by Channel 5 and features exclusive witness testimonies, archive and first-hand accounts from the police and community involved. Produced by Middlechild Productions for Yesterday (UKTV), the factual-entertainment series Secrets of the Transport Museum goes behind the scenes at the Brooklands Museum in England.

Murder in a Small Town, produced by Firecracker Films for Channel 5, re-examines the case against Luke Mitchell. In the summer of 2003, 14-year-old Jodi Jones was brutally murdered in a quiet Scottish town, with her killer revealed to be her 14-year-old boyfriend, Luke Mitchell. Seventeen years after the murder of Jodi Jones, the documentary takes another look at the investigation.

Lifestyle series Lap of Luxury: Ultimate Escapes Down Under reveals the luxury lodges of New Zealand and Australia. It is produced by Screentime NZ for TVNZ.  Big Ben: Rebirth of the World’s Most Famous Clock, from ITN Productions for Channel 4, follows the massive restoration project on London’s iconic clock tower that began in 2017. In the game show Master Minds, three challengers take on some of the greatest minds in trivia, including Jeopardy! champ Ken Jennings. It is produced by Game Show Network for Game Show Network.
