New Francophone Culinary Series for Prime Video Canada

Pendant ce temps en cuisine, a culinary docuseries providing a behind-the-scenes look at the restaurant industry, is slated to premiere on Prime Video in Canada on March 10.

The series follows the fast-paced lives of six restaurants’ chefs over six months, showcasing the realities of owning and running a business. High-profile chefs from the Montréal restaurants Le Mousso, Mastard, Arthurs, Le Virunga, Côté Est and Kwizinn are featured.

The chefs featured throughout the show are Antonin Mousseau-Rivard (Le Mousso), Simon Mathys (Mastard), Alex Cohen and Raegan Steinberg (Arthurs), Marie-Josée and Zoya De Frias (Le Virunga), Kim Côté and Perle Morency (Côté Est) and Mike Lafaille (Kwizinn).

Pendant ce temps en cuisine is produced by Pixcom in association with Amazon Studios. It is executive produced by Nicola Merola, Charles Lafortune and Sylvie Desrochers. Lysandre Leduc-Boudrea, Karen Cho and Riel Lazarus are directors.
