Love Nature Hires to Drive SVOD Subscriber Growth


LONDON: Vince Petersen has joined Love Nature International, a joint venture between Blue Ant Media and Smithsonian Networks, as director of partnerships.

Petersen will be part of Love Nature International’s newly expanded sales division and will be responsible for driving Love Nature’s subscriber acquisition growth, focusing on SVOD platforms. He will also take the lead for territories such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. He will be based in London and report directly to Jo Parkinson, the managing director of Love Nature International. Anthony Jewitt, who also serves as director of partnerships, will remain focused on linear television sales internationally.

Petersen joins Love Nature International after heading up international content partnerships at Netgem. Petersen has also served as a long-term consultant at VOD service, where he occupied various senior management roles across Europe. He has also held senior sales and marketing positions at Paramount, MGM and Warner Bros.
