Lion Television USA Ups Longtime Execs to Co-Presidents

Lion Television USA, a production company under Lime Pictures, has promoted longtime Lion executives Allison Corn and Stan Hsue to co-presidents.

Corn, who has been with the company since 2004, was promoted from her position as senior VP of production and development. Before joining Lion, she was a showrunner and producer for Warner Bros., Sundance, WE tv, Oxygen and Discovery.

Hsue has been with the company since 2006, with his most recent position being senior VP of development. He joined Lion after spending five years as the two-time Emmy-nominated head writer for Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, where he oversaw material for more than 800 episodes.

In their new roles, Corn and Hsue will continue to supervise the entire creative process while overseeing day-to-day operations in the U.S. The two will curate original formats, as well as factual entertainment and premium documentaries for broadcast, cable and streaming platforms.

Corn and Hsue have led many projects together, including the recently launched Jason Biggs’ Cash at Your Door (E!) and the reboot of Cash Cab (Bravo), as well as titles for Investigation Discovery and discovery+ such as Citizen PI, Diabolical, The Deadliest Decade, Grave Mysteries, The Lies that Bind, Crimes Gone Viral and The Murder List, among many others. They have also developed pilots, specials and series across multiple genres for networks including MTV, Discovery, Travel, Food, A&E, Nat Geo WILD, PBS and Smithsonian channel.

Lion has promoted other key executives as well, including Rebecca Bregman to head of production, Jennifer Silverman to senior VP of current and development, Sarah Cattano to executive in charge of production and Bridget Latino to director of development together with Kevin McLoughlin as production executive and VP of operations.
