Arrow Media has been commissioned for new seasons of American Monster, See No Evil and Body Cam for Investigation Discovery (ID).

Renewed for an eighth season, American Monster uses home-movie footage to go beyond the scene of the crime and into the lives of murderers. See No Evil, also entering its eighth season, presents dramatic stories of crimes being solved with the aid of surveillance cameras.

Returning for a fourth season, Body Cam gives viewers an eyewitness look at the decisions of police work, as told by officers’ body-camera footage.

Also included in Arrow Media’s deal with ID are the brand-new commissions Mary Kay Letourneau: Notes on a Scandal, which offers a portrait of the illicit student-teacher relationship, and Who Killed Biggie and Tupac, a deep dive into the deadly feud between the hip-hop legends.

Tom Brisley, creative director of Arrow Media, said: “These recommissions serve as proof that these series still resonate very strongly with audiences, and as program makers, that delights us. It has always been our aim to make series that are not only high-end but also work to ensure the stories are engaging and dynamic so the programs retain their freshness. Being rewarded with new orders for these returning series is a testament to the hard work our teams put in to achieve those aims.”
