HISTORY has tackled the tragic events of September 11, 2001, with two new one-hour documentaries—9/11: The Final Minutes of Flight 93 and 9/11: The Pentagon.

In 9/11: The Final Minutes of Flight 93, previously classified streams of evidence are combined to piece together what really happened to the hijacked plane that crashed in rural Pennsylvania. 9/11: The Pentagon, meanwhile, is the dramatic story of what happened inside the building in the harrowing minutes after impact told by those who lived it.

Additionally, HISTORY is presenting an original eight-part podcast, Blindspot: The Road to 9/11, hosted by WNYC reporter Jim O’Grady and co-produced in partnership with WNYC Studios.

Eli Lehrer, executive VP and general manager for HISTORY, said: “HISTORY is dedicated to remembering the catastrophic events of September 11 with compelling and new premium content. We are honored to continue to commemorate the unrelenting bravery of the individuals who lost their lives that day—one Americans and our history will never forget.”
