HBO Max Renews Sweet Life: Los Angeles

Sweet Life: Los Angeles, an unscripted series from Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Issa Rae, has been renewed for a second season for HBO Max.

Offering a look at what it means to be young, Black, ambitious and pursuing one’s dreams, Sweet Life: Los Angeles follows a group of longtime friends as they navigate their mid-20s. Season one, which debuted in August, is currently available to stream on HBO Max.

Season one of Sweet Life: Los Angeles is produced by HOORAE, the All3Media America company Main Event Media and Morning Dew Pictures.
