Discovery LatAm Producing Diego Armando Maradona Docuseries

Discovery Latin America has revealed it is producing an exclusive series about the life of Argentinian soccer player Diego Armando Maradona based on the account of his daughter Dalma Maradona.

Maradona, also an executive producer, revisits her father’s life in the series tentatively titled La Hija de Dios. She meets people close to the star and builds a personal profile of her father from her own insight, reviving his legacy.

La Hija de Dios is produced by Axel Kuschevatzky and Cindy Teperman for Infinity Hill and Karina Castellano, Helen Roca and Gabriela Galaretto for Nativa. It is scheduled to premiere in 2022.
