CNN Orders Cream’s The Story of Late Night

The Story of Late Night, a new docuseries from Cream Productions, has been commissioned by CNN.

Charting the history of late night television, the series will highlight hosts such as Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, David Letterman, Conan O’Brien, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert. The Story of Late Night will feature original interviews with O’Brien, Fallon and Kimmel, as well as Seth Meyers, James Corden, Trevor Noah, Lorne Michaels, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Chelsea Handler, Hasan Minhaj, Ray Romano and Andy Cohen.

Other original interviews in the show include Paul Telegdy, George Cheeks, Jeff Zucker, Warren Littlefield, Rick Ludwin, Debbie Vickers, Lloyd Braun, Nina Tassler, Andy Richter, Jeff Ross, Merrill Markoe, Dick Cavett and Busy Phillips, among many others.
