Cineflix Rights Seals National Geographic Latin America Deal


Cineflix Rights has secured a deal with National Geographic Latin America for multiple titles from its science and natural-history slate.

Among the series in the package are Sinking Cities, which follows local planners, first-responders, scientists, and engineers in London, New York, Tokyo, Paris and Miami as they gear up for an epic battle with climate change; and Inside the Operating Theatre, which features offers exclusive access to the highly skilled team who serve in the Day Surgery Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital as they perform over 100 complex and life-changing operations every week.

The deal also includes Legends of the Deep, featuring Céline and Fabien Cousteau, and Deadly Disasters, which explores some of the most terrifying and destructive natural disasters to ever strike the planet.

Sabrina Ayala, Cineflix Rights’ senior VP of sales for France, Italy, Iberia and Latin America, said: “I’m delighted to be continuing our strong relationship with our partners at National Geographic Latin America.
