LONDON: Sky’s free-to-air channel Pick has acquired 80 hours of programming from Beyond Distribution, including the series Highway Patrol.

The agreement covers the fourth and fifth seasons of the factual series Highway Patrol, as well as Highway Cops (seasons one and three) and Motorway Patrol (seasons 13 and 16). All three series are produced by Greenstone TV and follow New Zealand’s and Australia’s finest as they work to keep the highways of their countries safe.

Pick’s Channel Director Stephen Ladlow said: “I am delighted we’ve acquired this fantastic factual content for Pick from Beyond Distribution. It will allow us to build on our existing lineup of real-life emergency programming, which is something we know our viewers enjoy and want more of.”

Marzenna Czubowicz, Beyond Distribution’s VP of sales for Western Europe, added: “At Beyond Distribution we always strive to deliver high-quality content with mass appeal and returning series. I’m so pleased to have secured this deal with Sky and look forward to nurturing this relationship further with even more great content.”
