Autentic’s Dr. Patrick Hörl

Munich-based Autentic has had the aim of bringing top-quality factual content to the German and international markets—from development to distribution—since its founding in 2008, while also operating its own channels and VOD services. Amid the ongoing proliferation of digital platforms and the global pandemic, there has been a boost in demand for content that has been a boon for Autentic’s distribution business.

 

In its efforts to meet the demand of today’s market and deliver for global audiences, Autentic works with producers from the early stages of a project. “We want to help producers to understand right from the start of the production what it takes to make their show more attractive for an international audience,” says Dr. Patrick Hörl, managing director of Autentic.
