All3Media International Clinches Factual Deals in China

A slew of premium factual titles from All3Media International are headed to China via new deals with Tencent and bilibili.

Tencent and bilibili have both acquired two titles from Raw, The Body Next Door and Deep Deception, as well as season nine of Kitchen Nightmares and Wildbear Entertainment’s Predator Countdown.

Lion TV’s Pompeii: The New Dig and Pompeii The New Dig: House of Treasures will be available on bilibili. Tencent opted for 72 Films’ Rise of the Billionaires as well as Paul Kemp Productions’ Searching For Satoshi: The Mysterious Disappearance of the Bitcoin Creator and Hoyo Films’ Ukraine: Enemy in the Woods.

In addition, Tencent also went for three seasons of Crackit Production’s The Social Media Murders. Additional true-crime series set to air in China are Two Rivers Media’s Confessions of a Teenage Fraudster, ZigZag’s The Killing of Michael Jackson and Coming up Roses’ second season of Motorway: Hell On The Highway.

The lifestyle slate headed to China encompasses Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Home Cooking, Alan Titchmarsh’s Gardening Club, Big Adventures: Into the Amazon with Robson Green and Big Adventures: Into South America With Nick Knowles.

Other titles in the package deal include The Story of Egypt, Secrets of Our Universe With Tim Peake, Guy Martin Vs The Robot Car and Baby Animals and Friends.
