PARIS/LOS ANGELES: ABS-CBN has acquired 65 hours of the series Fitness First Class to air on Lifestyle Network in the Philippines.

ABS-CBN picked up the series via a package deal with Prime Entertainment Group. Through the agreement, the female-skewing Lifestyle Network will broadcast the workout series Fitness First Class. The network, which is owned and operated by ABS-CBN, airs lifestyle and entertainment shows. New episodes of Fitness First Class are currently in production.

David Freydt, the managing director of Prime Entertainment Group, said, “ABS-CBN are great partners and it’s a true pleasure working with such a dedicated team. Our collaboration started last year when they went for the first season of our series Ultimate Countdown (16×45). And since then they have found in our catalog many other great quality shows for their Lifestyle [Network’s] international feed and Philippine feed as well. Just a few months ago they picked up our renowned portrait of The Secret Album of Clint Eastwood (1×70) and now we sign once again for a great package of 65 hours of one of our successful series, Fitness First Class.”
