Gedeon Media Group Taps Deputy GM & CFO

PARIS: Gedeon Media Group has hired Xilam alum Romain Hirschmann as deputy general manager and chief financial officer.

In his new role, Hirschmann will collaborate with CEO Stéphane Millière on the development of the group in France and abroad. Gedeon Media Group includes the TV producers Gedeon Programmes, MC4 and Docland Yard, the movie prodco Biloba Films and the international distributor Terranoa.

Hirschmann previously served as head of strategy and development and later CFO of Xilam Animation, which he first joined in 2012. Also throughout his career, he worked for KPMG as a financial auditor and within the mergers and acquisitions division of Lazard Bank.
