TikTok Star to Build a Zoo in New Documentary

BBC Three and BBC Northern Ireland have commissioned a new documentary from Ireland’s Waddell Media following TikTok star Kyle Thomas on his zoo-building journey.

Thomas has over 34.8 million followers. The hour-long We Built a Zoo, directed by Gill Callan, will dig into the social media sensation’s controversial past and his path to creating a world-class wildlife park for his animals and other unwanted exotics.

We Built a Zoo was commissioned by Eddie Doyle and Mary McKeagney for BBC Northern Ireland and Fiona Campbell, controller for the youth audience at BBC iPlayer and BBC Three, with support from Northern Ireland Screen.
