Previously, Paskoff served as the head of production at 495 Productions. He’s also held positions at Lighthearted Entertainment, Sony Pictures Television Networks and MTV Networks.

Joining 44 Blue as VP of development is Brent Jacoby, who will develop for all major U.S. networks and report to Dan Snook, the senior VP of development. Jacoby most recently served as the VP of development for Outpost Entertainment/ITV. He was an executive producer on A&E’s OJ: Guilty In Vegas documentary and led the development and creation of a number of series and pilots for Travel Channel, Discovery, Food Network and Lifetime.

“Andrew has a wealth of production experience and expertise, having worked on some of the biggest shows and brands in the market,” said Stephanie Noonan Drachkovitch, co-founder and president of 44 Blue Productions. “We’re delighted that he is joining 44 Blue at a time of huge growth for our business. We are also very happy to have Brent join us as we expand our development team, to build on our existing franchises and move into new genres.”
