Hollywood on Set to Air Across Africa on NBCUniversal International Networks’ Studio Universal

PARIS/LOS ANGELES: NBCUniversal International Networks has renewed the deal for the 52-episode series Hollywood on Set on its channel, Studio Universal, in the pan-African territory.

The Prime Entertainment Group title is a weekly show that goes behind the scenes and on the set of popular movies. It will air in HD in South Africa and in SD across the rest of the region across 52 markets.

“It’s a true pleasure to reinforce our presence in the African territories and see our cinema-related series do so well on such movie channels like Studio Universal,” said David Freydt, Prime’s managing director. “NBCUniversal International Networks has been a great partner [over] these last years. We’ve been working together since 2009 and we keep strengthening our relationship by placing more and more of our programs on their networks all over the globe. The program also airs on channels such as HBO Netherlands and Central Europe, BeIN, Digiturk and Paramount Latin America, among others.
