DISCOSPORT, a new B2B trade show dedicated to sports entertainment, sports marketing and sports merchandising in Africa, is set to take place next year in Rwanda.
The event is scaled to welcome more than 100 international exhibitors and more than 1,000 walk-in delegates representing influential sectors driving developments in Africa—from sports federations and sporting clubs to content distribution platforms, sports venues and advertisers. The first edition of DISCOSPORT will be held April 24 to 26 at the Kigali Convention Center in Rwanda next year.
DISCOSPORT will feature a series of conferences, workshops, case-study presentations and high-level speakers. A special focus will be placed on soccer, esports, sports betting and fan engagement.
Registration is free for qualified walk-in delegates until October 22.
The Democratic Republic of Congo will be welcome as the Guest Country, while the U.S. will be the VIP Country.
From October 25 to 29 this year, DISCOSPORT will hold a virtual forum that will address key opportunities and trends impacting the future of sports business in Africa.
