Zodiak Kids Secures AVOD Sales for Animated Children’s Shows

LONDON: Online platform batteryPOP has acquired AVOD rights for the animated series LoliRock (season one) and Get Blake! from Zodiak Kids.

The one-year deal makes Get Blake! and the first season of LoliRock available to watch now on batteryPOP. The free online platform features a range of videos, blogs, games and cartoons for children, including more than 75 episodes of the Zodiak Kids Studios-produced shows, thanks to the acquisition deal. LoliRock, for kids aged 6 to 12, tells the story of a spirited teenager named Iris whose life is changed forever when she joins an all-girl band. Get Blake!, meanwhile, is a comedy series about 13-year-old Blake Myers who, along with his best friend Mitch, finds himself constantly being attacked by three squirrels.

Zodiak Kids owns worldwide distribution and licensing rights for both series.
