Yolanda T. Cochran Joins ViacomCBS Kids & Family

ViacomCBS has named Yolanda T. Cochran senior VP of live-action long-form production for ViacomCBS Kids & Family Entertainment Group.

In her new role, Cochran will be responsible for managing all aspects of live-action physical production for the Nickelodeon brands—Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., TeenNick and Nicktoons—and for the Gen Z-focused brand Awesomeness. Her remit will include budgeting, scheduling, location scouting and staffing, while working closely with producers and key department heads. Based in Hollywood, Cochran will report to Megan Ring, executive VP of production at ViacomCBS.

Cochran joins the ViacomCBS Kids & Family Entertainment Group from Freeform, where she most recently served as VP of production. Cochran previously served as executive VP of physical production at Alcon Entertainment. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, Television Academy of Arts & Sciences, Board of Directors of the Producers Guild of America and National Co-Chair of the PGA’s Women’s Impact Network (WIN).
