Planeta Junior Names Sales Director

Planeta Junior has appointed África Vázquez Rubí to the position of international media sales director, a role that sees her managing international animation sales operations for TV and digital media.

Rubí previously managed the distribution of feature films and TV series for the Asia-Pacific region at Warner Bros. She will report to Diego Ibáñez, the company’s international commercial director.

She has also previously held positions at the sector’s major entertainment companies, including Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company, having worked in both London and Sydney.
