Universal Kids Launching Mighty Mike in the U.S.

Mighty Mike, which centers on the titular sophisticated pug, is set to make its debut on Universal Kids in the U.S. on Monday, September 2.

The series follows Mike, who longs for a quiet life, as he attempts to guard his home from a wild bunch of furry intruders in his owners’ absence while wooing the neighbor’s dog, Iris. Other characters in the series include the raccoon brothers Freddy and Mercury, family kitten Fluffy and turtles Athos, Portos and Aramis.

Following its U.S. premiere on September 2, at 3 p.m., Mighty Mike will shift to its regular time slot airing weekdays at 5 p.m. on Universal Kids. Produced by France’s TeamTO with Canada’s Digital Dimension, the series is distributed by CAKE.
