TV Kids Festival Lines Up Book-Based IP Panel

Dandelooo’s Emmanuèle Pétry, ZDF Studios’ Oliver Grundel, Hidden Pigeon Company’s Kristofer Updike and Lion Forge Entertainment’s Jeremy Colfer will discuss the keys to adapting books for the screen during the TV Kids Festival, running from February 4 to 7. You can register here for free.

The panel will feature Pétry, head of international and development at Dandelooo; Grundel, Director Junior at ZDF Studios; Updike, senior VP of creative at Hidden Pigeon Company; and Colfer, director of development at Lion Forge Entertainment. Together, they will discuss the value of book-based IP in today’s landscape and the cornerstones of maintaining the core identity of written material while adjusting it for an on-screen format.

Unlike other events requiring hefty registration fees, attendance to the TV Kids Festival is FREE. The previous TV Kids Festival attracted close to 2,000 participants.
