Stan & Gran Teams with Conservation Charity for Year-Long Initiative

Stan & Gran, the new nature-inspired mystery kids’ series that debuted on 5’s Milkshake! this month, has teamed up with the U.K. conservation charity RSPB for a year-long initiative to inspire kids to explore and protect the natural world.

Beginning in December 2025, the RSPB nature magazine Wild Times will feature a Stan & Gran coloring activity to introduce the show and its characters. Starting with the March/April 2026 edition, a Stan & Gran comic will feature in six editions of the magazine.

Stan & Gran, produced by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family, Jollywise and Xentrix Studios, launched on 5’s Milkshake! on November 10 and is set to air on Nick Jr. in the U.K. in 2026. It follows the adventures of Stan Breakwater, a curious young nature lover, and his fun-loving Gran as they investigate the strange goings-on in a fictional British coastal village. It features themes of discovery, exploration and nature.

“I have been a member of the RSPB since I was a young boy, so when I started to develop the show, I met with them very early on,” said Jon Mason, creator and executive producer of Stan & Gran. “Nature is at the very heart of Stan & Gran, with every episode designed to spark curiosity and wonder in the natural world—these principles are foundational to what the RSPB believes in, so it’s a perfect match. Both Stan & Gran and the RSPB want to inspire the next generation of nature lovers through fun and adventure. Partnering with the RSPB feels like a full circle moment for me!”

“Our partnership with Stan & Gran is a perfect match for Wild Times readers—RSPB members under eight,” the RSPB added. “It’s vital that we pass our love, curiosity and knowledge of nature on to the younger generations. Stan & Gran carries this message at its heart.”
