Canal+ is on board the second season of Mush-Mush and the Mushables, the animated series produced by La Cabane and Thuristar, in co-production with CAKE.

The 50 new episodes, including two specials, will air on Canal+ Family, Piwi+ and MyCanal in France. Other partners confirmed for the second season include VRT-Ketnet (as co-producing broadcaster in Dutch-speaking Belgium), RTBF (as a prebuy in French-speaking Belgium) and RTS (as a prebuy in Switzerland).

Season one of the adventure comedy show, targeted at kids 4 to 8, will roll out in 150 territories around the world this year. Broadcasters include Cartoon Network and HBO Max in the fall.

“We are thrilled that Mush-Mush, an IP that we’ve been giving such care and attention to, continues its success and growth with the greenlight of a second season, only five months after delivery of the first 50 episodes,” said Perrine Gauthier, founder of La Cabane and producer of Mush-Mush.
