Moonbug Entertainment has appointed 15-year Paramount veteran Manuel Reveiz as head of distribution and partnerships in Latin America.

Reveiz will be responsible for building Moonbug’s presence and long-term growth in Latin American countries and will help establish its first LatAm headquarters in Miami, Florida. He joins from Paramount, where he most recently served as VP of sales.

During his time at Paramount, Reveiz helped launch the Paramount+ streaming service, as well as Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and other linear channels in Latin America. He built and expanded distribution partnerships with digital native video services (Prime Video, Apple, Mercado Libre) and existing telecommunications and multichannel video programming distributors (MVPD) like Movistar, Millicom, Liberty and Directv.

CoComelon, Blippi and Little Angel are some of the most beloved preschool shows in Latin America, earning millions of fans in the region,” Reveiz said. “I’m eager to expand [their] distribution to every potential partner.”

“Latin America is a key priority for Moonbug, and Manuel has the track record we need to chart our growth in the region,” said Nicolas Eglau, managing director of EMEA, AsiaPac and global distribution, to whom Reveiz will report. “His wide network and industry expertise will help us build new partnerships and expand existing ones across all markets. We’re thrilled to establish Miami as our headquarters for the region, moving us closer to the local industry.”
