Moonbug Entertainment Introduces The Oddbods Band

Moonbug Entertainment has launched the new musical artist The Oddbods Band, from the universe of the Emmy-nominated Oddbods YouTube series.

“The Oddbods Band is funny, chaotic and full of heart,” said Courtney Holt, managing director of the Americas at Moonbug Entertainment. “It doesn’t talk down to kids. It meets them with music that is loud, weird and totally relatable.”

For the first time, the Oddbods characters have gone live-action, and their first single, “When You Fart,” is now available on the Oddbods official YouTube channel.

“Since music has gone global, we think the next wave of hit music is interstellar (we are a business after all), and ‘When You Fart’ will absolutely blow them away,” Holt added.

In a fictional press release, the band’s “manager” said, “Their music sounds like if The Ramones, The Wiggles and a blender had a band together. It is very loud and also amazing.”
