9 Story Distribution International has secured multiple global sales, including one with Australia’s ABC, for the preschool series Moon and Me.

In addition to ABC, the series has also been sold to TVNZ (New Zealand), NPO Zappelin (the Netherlands), RTÉ (Ireland), HOP! (Israel), NRK (Norway), YLE (Finland) and STUDIOCANAL (multiple countries in Europe). Created by Andrew Davenport—known for Teletubbies and In the Night Garden—and produced by Davenport’s Foundling Bird and Sutikki, Moon and Me made its global television premiere on CBeebies in the U.K. in February and debuted in the U.S. last month on Universal Kids.

The 50×22-minute series is inspired by stories of toys that come to life when no one is looking. It showcases characters who demonstrate kindness, empathy and consideration.

More than 40 consumer product licensees have already been secured by Sutikki, including Hasbro (global master toy) and Scholastic (global master publishing), with products rolling out in the U.K. later this summer. 9 Story Distribution International oversees global distribution of the series (excluding the U.S., U.K. and China), while 9 Story Brands manages global merchandising rights (excluding the U.K. and China).
