Little People Comes to Canada’s Family Jr.

TORONTO: The preschool series Little People, based on the toy franchise from Mattel, will debut on Family Jr. as part of DHX Television’s month-long free preview event in March.

A special presentation of the new imagination-focused series Little People, produced at DHX Studios’s Halifax location, will air on March 14 at 12 p.m. Following the special presentation, the show will premiere on March 21 at 3:55 p.m. New episodes will air regularly on Mondays in that time slot. Episodes of Little People will be available on Family Jr. OnDemand beginning March 15.

Little People travels inside the minds of its characters using music, comedy and creativity as they play together. Every adventure is sparked by a real-world event the characters have encountered.

Family Jr. is available in more than 10 million homes throughout the month of March via DHX Television’s free preview. Joining Little People with new episodes throughout the month are hit series such as Bob the Builder, Thomas & Friends, Strawberry Shortcake, Curious George, Playdate and Justin Time.
