Konami Pacts with APMEX for Yu-Gi-Oh! Coins

Konami Cross Media NY has secured a licensing deal with APMEX for the launch of a new collection series of gold and silver coins based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series.

Per the agreement, Konami Cross Media NY will team with APMEX to design coins inspired by the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series. The collection will feature one of the main characters, Yami Yugi, as well as other popular characters and monsters from the show.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! coin collection will consist of 1 oz. silver “flip coins,” as well as silver antiqued and gold versions. Additionally, 1 oz. silver character and monster colorized coins will be offered.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! gold and silver coins will be available for purchase by fans and collectors in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cayman Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the U.K.
