Kody Kapow Deals for Zodiak Kids

Zodiak Kids has notched up a slew of sales for its preschool show Kody Kapow, which was commissioned by Universal Kids’ Sprout daily block.

The 52×11-minute Zodiak Kids Studios production is headed to SVT in Sweden, DeAgostini in Italy, Super3 in Spain and AMC Networks International Iberia’s Canal Panda. Deals were also scored with Indonesian agent Spectrum and Discovery Kids in the Middle East and North Africa.

“These sales tell us that there is an appetite for content with strong storylines built on universal life lessons for upper preschoolers,” said Delphine Dumont, the senior VP of sales and co-productions at Zodiak Kids. “The diversity of characters and the humor throughout makes for a very appealing show which resonates with both children and parents watching along with them. We are looking forward to sharing Kody Kapow with international audiences this autumn and beyond.”
