Julien Borde Joins Mediawan’s ON kids & family Team

WarnerMedia and France Télévisions alum Julien Borde is joining Mediawan as part of the ON kids & family team.

Borde is tasked with driving growth in the kids’ division in France and internationally and supporting the group’s goal of active expansion. He joins from WarnerMedia, where since 2018 he was head of kids’ and general-entertainment channels for France, French-speaking territories and Africa. Before that, he created the kids’ unit at France Télévisions.

Borde was appointed secretary-general of France 3 in 2012, then head of digital programming with responsibility for AVOD, TVOD and SVOD. He started his career with Disney in 1997, where he remained until 2005 as deputy director then executive director for programs and production at Disney Channel France.
