JAKKS Pacific has partnered with M-Star Media as the global master toy licensee for the international launch of Cute Girls Hairstyles toys, inspired by Mindy McKnight’s YouTube hairstyling channel.

The Cute Girls Hairstyles brand began with a website that went live in late 2008, leading to the launch of the Cute Girls Hairstyles YouTube channel by early 2009. The portfolio of CGH styling heads, wigs, hairstyling tools and hair accessories, which were unveiled at the International Toy Fair in New York in February, will launch in August 2020.

Among the products in the toy line are the Cute Girls Hairstyles Glitter Brush ($9.99), Cute Girls Hairstyles Style Sets ($9.99), Cute Girls Hairstyles Wig Assortment ($14.99), Cute Girls Hairstyles Festival Sets ($19.99), Cute Girls Hairstyles Styling Head ($29.99) and Cute Girls Hairstyles Wig with Display Form ($39.99).

McKnight said: “The Cute Girls Hairstyles toy line allows girls to take what they have learned from my videos and then apply and practice the skills at home. The product line will enhance my audience’s overall experience with my online content and overall is a natural extension of the CGH brand.”

Jill Nordquist, senior VP of marketing at JAKKS Pacific, added: “Cute Girls Hairstyles’ founder Mindy McKnight has an incredible following, and we are thrilled to bring a strong line of products to hairstyle enthusiasts of all ages.”
