This year’s BLE will be hybrid, with a three-day in-person event taking place at ExCel London from November 17 to 19, followed by two days online from November 30 to December 1. The 2021 theme is “What’s Next,” exploring what’s next at retail and upcoming trailblazers in the industry. The day one keynote features Team GB’s Charlotte Worthington and Tom Daley, and day two has a focus on diversity and inclusion with ViacomCBS. The two-day online event will offer additional virtual networking and learning opportunities.
