Hasbro & Natural History Museum Team for Peppa Pig Collection

Hasbro and the Natural History Museum have partnered for Peppa Pig-inspired clothing and merchandise exclusively for Tesco’s F&F line in the U.K.

The collection features Peppa Pig and her brother George in science and nature designs, from pointing out bees and butterflies to riding on dinosaurs and soaring through outer space. Socks for preschoolers and a new plush toy will be available as well.

The collaboration comes after a co-branded experience in which Hasbro and the Natural History Museum turned one of the museum’s shops into Peppa Pig’s Discovery Playroom. Open until September 10, the space allows families to discover why dinosaurs are George’s favorite animals, learn about Peppa’s love for the planet, complete themed coloring and activity sheets and more.

“As we celebrate Hasbro’s 100th anniversary this year and lead into Peppa Pig’s 20th in 2024, we want to bring our littlest fans in on the fun with collaborations that foster creativity, adventure and a love of learning,” said Marianne James, VP of licensed consumer products for EMEA and Asia at Hasbro. “By bringing two award-winning and powerful brands together for this adorable collection at a British retailer, we’ve created something truly special for everyone’s favorite pig in her home market.”

Maxine Lister, head of licensing at the Natural History Museum, said, “We are excited to work with Peppa Pig, a brand that sparks such curiosity in children everywhere. Our mission is to create advocates for the planet and to inspire a love of nature across all ages. This colorful new collection is perfect for kids who love to learn about our natural world—and who just might be the next generation of scientists dedicated to protecting our planet.”

Natalie Ackerman, senior licensing manager for Tesco’s F&F, added, “We are really looking forward to launching this very special exclusive collaboration bringing two exciting brands together at Tesco. We have worked hard with our key partners Hasbro and the Natural History Museum to bring to life a range of sustainable clothing using characters that our customers love. We are passionate about bringing our licenses to life and have developed a product range that educates our customers through factual graphics and assets, as well as incorporating into our branding. We look forward to seeing our exciting launch plans come to life in September.”
