Guru Studio has acquired global distribution rights for seasons one and two of 123 Number Squad! from Omens Studios.

The 104×11-minute series was commissioned by Singapore’s Mediacorp. Both seasons of the CG preschool show were prebought by Sky Kids and NOW in the U.K. for launch in early 2023.

123 Number Squad! follows a fast-response rescue team that uses numbers, counting and shapes to help the citizens of 123 Numberville. Targeted to 3- to 6-years-olds, the series explores key social and emotional development themes like sharing, resilience, teamwork and friendship.

In addition to worldwide broadcast rights, Guru Studio is representing the property across all global licensing and merchandising.

123 Number Squad! is a perfect addition to our preschool slate,” said Corey Caplan, senior director of international sales at Guru Studio. “The team at Omens have done a masterful job creating a world that both entertains and educates kids, and we’re excited to bring these fun adventures to even more families around the world.”

Chi Sim Tang, CEO of Omens Studios, added: “Guru is the ideal distribution partner for 123 Number Squad! Their track record in building preschool brands speaks for itself, and we are excited to see the rollout of our show globally following its launch on Mediacorp in Singapore and Sky TV and NOW in the U.K.”
