eOne’s Peppa Pig, Ben & Holly Land in Central Europe

HBO Europe has licensed the popular preschool series Peppa Pig and Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom from Entertainment One (eOne) for HBO GO.

The first seasons of both animated hits are now available on HBO Europe’s SVOD service in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Romania. The shows will launch on HBO GO in Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia and Bulgaria in spring 2018.

Monica Candiani, eOne’s executive VP of content sales for Family & Brands, said: “There is real demand for quality children’s programming that has proven universal appeal, and we’re delighted that HBO Europe will be introducing audiences in Central Europe to these much-loved and critically acclaimed animated series.”
