eOne Unveils Plans for PJ Masks L&M in France


LONDON: Entertainment One (eOne) is slated to launch PJ Masks merchandise in France, where France TV Distribution (FTD) has been appointed as licensing agent.

FTD will oversee the consumer products program for PJ Masks in France. eOne and FTD are currently working on the launch of PJ Masks merchandise in the country, with toys becoming available at mass-market retailers and toy specialists from January 2017. Additional categories, such as footwear, will begin rolling out in fall/winter 2017.

Giochi Preziosi will distribute Just Play’s master toy line, which includes action figures, play sets, vehicles, plush, dress-up and role-play items based on PJ Masks. The animated preschool series currently airs in France on Disney Junior and France 5.

After the toy launch, the merchandise program will be expanded in fall/winter 2017 as Royer introduces PJ Masks-themed footwear. ATM is on board for back-to-school accessories and will roll out its line from 2018. Other partners will be announced soon for apparel, accessories, games and puzzles.
