DreamWorks Developing Animated Horror Series

DreamWorks Animation is producing Fright Krewe, a 2D animated horror series set to debut on Hulu and Peacock later this year.

Created by Eli Roth and James Frey, the ten-episode series sees an ancient prophecy and a Voodoo Queen put misfit teens in charge of saving New Orleans from a demonic threat. For the teens, saving the world might be easier than becoming friends.

Executive producers are Roth, Frey, Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco, with Shane Acker and Mitchell Smith as co-executive producers.
