Disney Branded Television Names Two to VP Roles

Producer Bardo S. Ramírez has rejoined Disney as VP of studio strategy and operations at Disney Branded Television, while Chris Hutchison has been elevated to VP of production.

In his new role, Ramírez will lead strategic planning, production resource management, physical delivery and workplace culture initiatives for Disney Television Animation. He’s returning to Disney from Universal Animation Studios, where he served as co-executive producer.

As VP of production, Hutchison will now oversee the production management of Disney Junior-branded content. Since joining Disney in 2009, Hutchison has overseen such series as Doc McStuffins, Muppet Babies and several Mickey & Minnie Mouse programs.

Ramírez will report to David Cobb, senior VP of operations and content planning, while Hutchison will report to Sarah Finn, senior VP of production for Disney Television Animation.
