Discovery Kids Set for Filipino Launch

Discovery Kids will launch as a digital subscription service in the Philippines before rolling out to other Asian markets and beyond.

Discovery Kids will showcase characters that kids already know and love, as well as classic and reimagined shows from the Discovery content library, games and books. “The Philippines is a market embracing digital innovation and is a great test bed for our digital-first kids’ service,” said JB Perrette, the president and CEO of Discovery Networks International.

“We are harnessing our Discovery Kids experiences in Latin America and Asia to launch a digital-first kids’ service in this dynamic market.”
