Cyber Group Inks New Broadcasting Deals Around the World

Cyber Group Studios has secured a raft of international deals with leading broadcasters for a number of series on its slate.

Deals in Western Europe include Droners being presold to TF1 in France and Disney Channel in France and Benelux. Disney has picked up the first season of Mini Ninjas for the Netherlands, while Discovery is adding Ernest and Rebecca to its lineup in Italy.

In Poland, ABC has acquired Gigantosaurus, Tom Sawyer and Zorro: The Chronicles; while
ITI Neovision has acquired Ernest and Rebecca and Mirette Investigates. Prava i Prevodi has picked up Raju the Rickshaw, Animalia, Guess What? and Patch Pillows for Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Croatia.

As Cyber Group Studios continues to establish its reach in the Asia-Pacific, it has sold the first season of Mini Ninjas to SCTV in Vietnam and Bangladesh-based Barind, which has also picked up Ozie Boo Save the Planet and Iqbal, Tale of a Fearless Child. The second season of Mini Ninjas was acquired by Canal+ in Myanmar along with Mademoiselle Zazie.

TVB in Hong Kong has picked up The Pirates Next Door and The Long Long Holiday, while Cinexplex/True Visions has taken Leo the Wildlife Ranger and Zak Jinks for Thailand. Rounding out the deals, Cyber Group sold Sadie Sparks to ABC Australia, Mia to Shanghai Senyu Culture Media in China and Gigantosaurus to PTS in Taiwan.
