TV Kids Summer Festival Adds to Roster

Adding to the lineup for the TV Kids Summer Festival, HARI’s Sophie “Kido” Prigent, PBS Distribution’s Joe Barrett and Thunderbird Entertainment’s Richard Goldsmith will take part in a session on successful windowing strategies, while Cyber Group Studios’ Dominique Bourse, Raphaëlle Mathieu and Pierre Belaïsch will discuss their company’s approach to animation innovation. Prigent is head of sales at HARI. Barrett is VP of global sales at PBS Distribution. Goldsmith is the president of global distribution and consumer products at Atomic Cartoons and Thunderbird Entertainment. These executives will discuss strategies to best monetize a show, new deal models and maximizing value of IP. A separate session will see Bourse, chairman and CEO; Mathieu, COO; and Belaïsch, chief creative officer, in conversation about Cyber Group Studios’ approach to collaboration and animation technology.

The fourth edition of the TV Kids Summer Festival is scheduled for June 4 to 7, 2024, featuring keynotes and panels with leading executives and creatives discussing the major trends in the children’s programming business. It will be streamed live and available on-demand on TVKidsSummerFestival.com. Unlike other events requiring hefty registration fees, attendance to the TV Kids Summer Festival is FREE. The third festival attracted more than 1,700 registered participants and hundreds of additional viewers watching the sessions on demand.
