BBC Studios has set a new tour for the Bluey’s Big Play live stage show in the U.K. and Ireland, beginning on October 25.
The new tour will visit 32 venues across the U.K. and Ireland through August 2026. This run includes a staging at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall for the holiday season from December to January.
Based on Ludo Studio’s Emmy Award-winning TV series Bluey, the stage show features puppets voiced by some of the original voices from the show, including Dave McCormack and Melanie Zanetti as Dad and Mum.
Bluey’s Big Play is produced by Andrew Kay and Cuffe & Taylor with Windmill Theatre Co. for BBC Studios.
“The play’s last tour was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from audiences across the U.K. and Ireland,” said Natasha Spence, events director for live entertainment at BBC Studios. “We can’t wait for more fans and families to experience the joy of seeing Bluey’s Big Play live on stage in a few months.”
Ben Hatton, senior VP of arts and entertainment at Cuffe & Taylor, added, “We were thrilled with the incredible reception Bluey’s Big Play received in our previous tour; the response from our audiences was nothing short of magical. So, we couldn’t be more excited to bring Bluey back to the U.K. again later this year.”
