Through a partnership between BBC Studios Kids & Family and Maurizio Distefano Licensing, Bluey has begun airing on Italy’s DeAJunior channel.

Three season-one episodes are premiering each day at 7 p.m., with repeats at 7:15 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. on weekdays and at 10:10 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. on weekends.

Seasons one and season two Bluey are also available on Rai Yoyo, with a new batch of third season episodes airing daily. Bluey is currently the number one kids’ show on RaiPlay.

On YouTube, the Italian Bluey channel has more than 110 million views to date and releases new videos every week. Eleven full episodes from seasons one through three are on the channel now.

Bluey’s licensing program in Italy is developed by Maurizio Distefano Licensing, which has secured licensing agreements with companies such as Giochi Preziosi, Clementoni for puzzles, Diramix for sticker albums, J Brand for apparel and Pon Pon Edizioni for activity and coloring books.

BBC Studios Kids & Family has a global broadcast deal for Bluey with Disney for all territories outside of Australia, New Zealand and China. The show recently debuted an extra-long episode called “The Sign,” which broke viewing records and gathered more than 10 million views worldwide on Disney+ in the week after its release.

“The episode had such an incredible reaction from the fans and the show is finding its way into the hearts of the rapidly growing fanbase in Italy,” said Maurizio Distefano.
